Flipping Tired

Today's blog title plays for double entendre! 1. I flipped a really big tire on Tuesday 10 times. It was pretty awesome. 2. I'm am soooooo flipping tired. This week was seriously so exhausting.

Monday's Shock class was a really hard one and I'm still sore. Tuesday's PAINE was hard too, but I jumped a little bit further for burpees, so that was good. Then I had personal training time with Rachel where I flipped a tire 10 times and held the "dead bug" for a full minute. Go CORE! Wednesday's Body Combat was awesome as usual and my time with CJ was nice too. Got to share my stresses and he understands all the stuff I have on my plate. Today I got to go to hot yoga with Katie. It was a good class. Sweated some stuff out. Tomorrow some real personal training time with Wilton. I'm looking forward to it, but I'm a little scared of the stuff he might make me do.

At my day job we are gearing up for some of our really big conferences so their are lots of deadlines happening all over the place. I need to be able to priorities better there. It is hard though when I'm only there 20 hours a week.

At the theatre this week we had rehearsals for our two new improv teams "A Moment in Time: Musical Improv," and "The Q: An Improvised Soap Opera." Both are going to be great shows and have performances in April. We also had some rehearsals for Alice in Wonderland Jr. It's going to be a terrifically funny show at The South Broadway Cultural Center March 30, 31, and 1. Been feeling stressed out lately that there is never enough time and things just keep feeling like they're not getting done. I know there is so much to do. My to do list is super long, but I feel like we are almost to a point where we can give direct instructions to people that want to help us.

On a great note though I had a really lovely coffee date with some wonderful women in my life on Sunday. Melanie, Heather, Hilary, Libby, Jennae and I all attended ENMU in the early 2000s and are now getting back together again to discuss working together creatively. It might be a play, it might be a web series, it might just be talk, but what ever it is it's so nice to talk creation with people who speak the same language as me, who have the same background that I do. I will keep you updated as this moves forward. We are going to have coffee again on the 25th and I'm thinking it will be awesome.

That's all for tonight.

All the love,
Kristin
